(b. April 30, 1982 - d. February 23, 2007)

Megan Francis Grieve and her identical twin sister, Katie Colleen Grieve Webber, were born in Portland, Oregon on April 30, 1982, to a close, supportive, and loving family. Megan's parents were James Michael (Martin) Grieve and Gayle Morse Grieve, of Philomath, Oregon. Her older brother, James Dominick (Nick) Grieve, was born in Corvallis, Oregon on June 20, 1980. Her younger sister, Amanda Marie (Mandy) Grieve was also born in Corvallis, Oregon on February 26, 1988.

Megan married Aaron Leopard Zybach in Mulino, Oregon on September 17, 2006; also becoming a formal stepmother to Aaron's son, 16-year-old Aaron Tyler Zybach, at that time.

On February 23, 2007, Megan tragically and unexpectedly died in her sleep of natural causes. An estimated 400 people attended her memorial service in Molalla, Oregon on March 2, 2007. During her brief life, Megan brought love, joy, and meaning into the lives of many, many others. She will be deeply missed for a very long time.
